Workspace D&B celebrate 15th birthday

Fit out contractor Workspace Design and Build celebrates a significant milestone this month with their 15th birthday. The firm was founded by Russell Davis and David Barfield in 2004 and since its inception has gone from strength to strength – from winning awards to maintaining an average of 95% repeat business, above industry average.

Russell Davis, Managing Director said: “We have come so far since our launch 15 years ago and achieved this milestone through the hard work of all our employees. We have dedicated ourselves to becoming a market leader and providing our clients with the best possible service. As a business, we’ll be reflecting on where we started, what we have achieved and our plans for the future.

“Over the last 15 years a couple of my proudest moments include winning our first award with the BCO in 2007 and becoming the first founding partner of Tackle 4 MCR, helping to end homelessness in Manchester.”

From launching a team in the Midlands to becoming a member of Constructionline Gold to doubling the head count in the last year, Workspace Design and Build has really put themselves on the map in the construction industry.

To celebrate 15 years in the industry, Workspace Design and Build are launching a ‘Listen Create Care’ ethos which they will roll out across the business. This aims to embody the spirit of Workspace Design and Build and emphasise the values of the company to all employees, clients and subcontractors.

Workspace Design and Build are continuing to build on their strong client base, working on exciting schemes with Bruntwood, Schroder Real Estate, Investream and etc urban.
