Working alongside interior designers Incognito, and client Investream, we fully refurbished this building within a 40 week programme.
Works to the building included installation of roof garden, atrium refurbishment, lift car refurb and planting to front elevation and atrium. The building now boasts 13 suites starting from 1,500 sq ft, a luxury business lounge, podcast studio, gym facilities and zoom booth.
