Avison Young’s Regional HQ Fit Out
We delivered a commercial office fit out for Avison Young, one of the country’s leading property management companies, to create their new regional headquarters in Stoke on Trent. The goal was to create a cutting edge, design led workspace that unites diverse departments within a single, dynamic hub.
The project aimed to inspire collaboration and innovation through high quality bespoke joinery, innovative workspace solutions, and advanced technology systems that support modern ways of working. We used premium finishes, carefully considered lighting, and created dedicated collaborative zones to enhance both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the space.
Our design focused on creating spaces that inspire connection, collaboration, and a sense of belonging. Thoughtful layouts from flexible desks to quiet pods to support diverse work styles and using a neutral palette with rich textures to foster an open, welcoming atmosphere. Materials such as exposed brick and concrete flooring were incorporated to reference the foundations of building, reflecting Avison Young’s core work and identity. All whilst creating a workspace that feels both dynamic and connected.
