Olliers Solicitors CAT B suite fit out
Following our CAT A refurbishment of Northspring on Peter Street, we delivered a full CAT B fit out for Olliers Solicitors, one of the UK’s leading criminal defence and regulatory law firms. The design needed to balance bright, welcoming areas for client meetings with the high level of privacy required in a legal environment. This meant creating spaces that felt open and modern while still supporting confidential conversations and focused work.
The fit out also had to accommodate a growing team, providing enough room for day to day operations as well as dedicated meeting and Zoom rooms for individual or group use. Glass partitions were used to enhance natural light throughout the suite, supported by carefully considered feature lighting to bring warmth and clarity to each area. The resulting layout offers a functional, contemporary workspace suitable for varied working styles and the practical needs of a busy law firm.
