Regus fit out in Exeter
We delivered a £1.4M Cat B fit-out for a new 30,000 sq ft Regus business centre in Exeter. Working in close collaboration with subcontractors, the project focused on creating a high quality, premium serviced office environment while maintaining a fast paced programme and carefully managing noisy works and deliveries around occupied areas of the building.
A neutral colour palette was adopted to support a sleek, professional aesthetic. The completed centre provides a modern, corporate workspace, comprising 107 offices alongside a range of meeting rooms and breakout areas.
Durable, high quality finishes were selected to support the demands of a high use serviced office environment, while integrated lighting, mechanical, and acoustic solutions enhance both functionality and experience. The completed fit out delivers a welcoming, contemporary workplace that aligns with the Regus brand standards and supports long term operational performance.
