Birmingham Office Transformation
We refurbished this 4,098 sq ft space into a modern building in the heart of Birmingham. Alongside transforming the reception, and communal terrace we were also involved in the CAT B fit out of the third floor of the building. With a focus on open-plan working, meeting rooms, Zoom pods, and a welcoming breakout and kitchenette area.
Some stand out features of the works include herringbone flooring, exposed soffits with M&E on display, and stainless-steel-clad mechanical ducting, delivering a high-end, contemporary finish.
This was our first project with this client and laid the foundation for a strong business relationship, which has since resulted in the successful completion of a building in Camden, London.
