Fletchers, a CAT B fit out for a Law Firm
We completed a CAT B fit out for Fletchers in a suite inside Temple Street in Birmingham following our CAT A full building refurbishment. The client was keen to create a more functional workspace that welcomed their growing team as a law firm, with the benefit of the team all being in one space. Being a law firm, materials were a key consideration to ensure they supported the confidential nature of the business, yet provided comfort and a polished client experience. A reception area with an illuminated desk and acoustic backing to create a warm welcome and dedicated meeting and zoom rooms with warm feature lighting and a variety of spaces available for team efficiency and smart client presentation.
Through close collaboration with the client, the design evolved into a space that reflects their brand and supports their visions for the space. Thoughtful furniture choices, layout planning and finish selections all contributed to create a functional environment that supports both the current needs and the ongoing growth of the business.
