Curtis Building, London

From 1930s Lightbulb Factory to Contemporary Office Space

A stunning 4,500 sq ft CAT B fit out on the 2nd floor of a 1930s London building, originally a lightbulb factory! We’ve fused heritage with modern design, showcasing original Crittall-style windows and unique lighting inspired by its history.

The main goal of the fit-out project was to deliver an operational office space that incorporated finishes sympathetic to the existing building fabric while still achieving a real wow factor. Stand-out features included the exposed existing brickwork walls, the retention of original Crittall windows, and the introduction of slat paneling to the larger meeting rooms which elegantly incorporated TV walls. The space was elevated further by a consistently high standard of finishes and carefully planned furniture design.
