Our Round Up of 2025
As we look back on a brilliant year in 2025, we’ve highlighted some of the many exciting moments along the way. It’s a positive way to start the new year and reflect on the learnings from some of the work we’ve achieved.
Curtis Building, London
Working closely with Ergo, we completed a 4,500 sq ft CAT B fit out on the 2nd floor of a 1930s London building, originally a lightbulb factory!
The goal was to create a space occupiers were keen to let, so we focused on delivering an operational office space that incorporated finishes sympathetic to the existing building fabric while still achieving a real wow factor. We fused heritage with modern design, showcasing original Crittall style windows and unique lighting inspired by its history.
Stand-out features included the exposed existing brickwork walls, the retention of original Crittall windows, and the introduction of slat paneling to the larger meeting rooms which elegantly incorporated TV walls.
Learnings: the project had a short duration, which created some pressure around material procurement; this was overcome by the supply chain’s proactive approach to early ordering and great collaboration. A representation of our strong supplier relationships.
The project has since been let, a brilliant success!

Oval Road, Camden
Creating a high-end show suite for Central and Metropolitan Estates, situated in the vibrant heart of Camden, London with the purpose of appealing to prospective tenants.
Our Design team drew inspiration from both the architectural heritage and the evolving landscape of Camden to inspire the space, curating a soft, neutral palette that feels modern yet grounded.
Stand-out features were the natural textures and subtle tones that had been carefully selected to create a sense of calm and sophistication, echoing the contrast between Camden’s historic buildings and its contemporary developments.
Learnings: having previously worked with the client in Birmingham, this was a fantastic opportunity to be involved in repeat business and highlighted the importance of maintaining strong relationships with our clients as well as always producing high quality finishes and projects.

Pavilion, Stoke On Trent
Delivering Avison Young’s new regional headquarters, the goal was to create a cutting edge, design led workspace that unites diverse departments within a single, dynamic hub. We used premium finishes, carefully considered lighting for the aesthetic appeal of the space and materials such as exposed brick and concrete flooring were incorporated to reference the foundations of building, reflecting Avison Young’s core work and identity.
Stand-out features include the high-quality bespoke joinery, innovative workspace solutions, and advanced technology systems that were added to support modern ways of working.
Learnings: the unit was originally created with the purpose of housing restaurants and bars, it was very rewarding to take the same space and design a warm office, maintaining the large open space whilst creating spaces within that inspire connection, collaboration, and a sense of belonging through thoughtful layouts and quiet pods.

Civic, Wigan
Working with Wigan Council and Capital & Centric, we completed the refurbishment of the 50,000 sq ft building that is Wigan Civic. Delivering aspirational office accommodation to stimulate economic growth with the goal to create a lasting social impact in Wigan.
Stand-out features the contrasting appearance of the sustainably focused refurbishment with vibrant, eco friendly landscaping, rich greenery and sustainable planting and the brutalist features from the existing building.
Learnings: with sustainability at the core of the design, we achieved CCS excellence and BREEAM excellent compliance as part of the build. Something we would love to achieve across more projects in 2026.
We became finalists at the Mix Awards North 2025 for Project of the Year – Workplace Interiors (30,000 to 70,000 sq ft) with Wigan Civic too. A fantastic way to end the year!

Building on a year of great projects and experiences in 2025, we look ahead to an exciting 2026.
