Russell Davis

Managing Director


Russell has worked within the fit-out industry for more than 25 years. Since 2004 he has been leading the sales process and also the construction management team for Workspace Design & Build, which he founded with David Barfield.

David Barfield

Finance Director


David has worked within the construction industry for approaching 30 years. Since 2005 he has been leading the financial side of the business for Workspace Design & Build, reuniting with Russell Davis with whom he had previously worked with for a Midlands PLC fit out contractor.

Ollie Cambell

Director


An Economic graduate from the University of Newcastle, Ollie previously worked in a family run business in the construction industry. He progressed into the refurbishment sector, where he realised he wanted to stay working with high quality and dynamic programmes.

Mike Puttick

Associate Director


Mike Puttick joined Workspace in November 2017 as a Contracts Manager. Stepping into the role of Associate Director in 2019 Mike focuses on managing and overseeing all current projects from an operations standpoint.

Jerome Broderick

Associate Director


Jerome Broderick joined Workspace with more than 12 years’ experience from Paragon Building Consultancy where he specialised in retail, commercial and industrial sectors delivering projects for a number of investment funds.

Lee Mather

Contracts Manager


Lee provides turnkey solutions to clients, while delivering a high-quality service through professional project management from conception to completion. Before joining workspace, Lee spent two years at Paragon delivering projects valued up to £3m and across numerous market sectors.

Shaun Smith

Commercial Manager


Prior to joining Paragon, his most recent role before Workspace, Shaun worked for the MoD as a Project Manager on civil and refurbishment schemes across multiple sectors and disciplines, including hospitals, residential, leisure, retail and workshops.

Richard Barsby

Building Services Manager


Richard Barsby has 30 years of experience working alongside main contractors and also as lead building services manager. Previous clients include: JLR, Loughborough university, Ford, University college London and Here East.

Daniel Davis

Account Manager


Daniel joins Workspace after 23 of service at CPS Interiors in Loughborough where his role was focused on business development and commercial management. Over the years, Daniel has been exposed to all elements of the fit out industry, making him the best point of contact for clients in the Midlands.
