Founded by H.S. Booth & Company who constructed large modern packing warehouses on Oxford Street and Chepstow Street, culminating in the construction of their last building, Block D, now known as Canada House. Working alongside the agents OBI to create an exciting multi-tenanted office, with a sympathetic approach to enhancing many of the existing features within the listed building.
The design was sympathetic to the age of the building and both selection of materials and paints suited its age.
All common parts were modernised where an executive meeting area, events room and coffee shop were created on the ground floor with state of the art audio visuals. On the first, second and third floors, Workspace Design and Build created small and medium sized suites to accommodate new companies; together with this, all WCs have been fully refurbished, a shower room added and a complete facelift to corridors, stairwells and common parts to bring this iconic building and co working space up to date.
