Renold Building’s sustainable fit out
We completed a commercial office fit-out across 3 floors of this project with the focus on delivering a sustainable, dynamic, design-led co-working space that fosters collaboration, flexibility, and environmental responsibility. Achieved through the use of sustainable materials and eco-conscious design solutions.
A defining feature of the project is the innovative use of sustainable materials, notably the U-Build partition wall system and compressed earth fire-resistant bricks, which together highlight a forward thinking approach to eco-conscious design and construction.
The design process was highly collaborative and adaptive, guided by the client’s sustainable ethos and evolving budget considerations. Through an iterative approach, the team explored innovative materials and construction methods, refining the design to create a space that was both environmentally responsible and visually engaging.
