Following the successful refurbishment of Grosvenor House in Birmingham, including the addition of high quality CAT B suites we designed and installed. Our trusted client engaged us to transform another of their prestigious properties, this time located in London.
Academic House, situated in the vibrant heart of Camden, London, engaged our team to design and deliver a Cat B fit-out on the first floor of the building. The aim was to create a high-end show suite that would appeal to prospective tenants while embodying a clean, enduring aesthetic and giving a timeless and refreshing feel.
Drawing inspiration from both the architectural heritage and evolving landscape of Camden, the design team curated a soft, neutral palette that feels modern yet grounded. Natural textures and subtle tones were selected to create a sense of calm and sophistication, echoing the contrast between Camden’s historic buildings and its contemporary developments.
