Historic building in Preston’s city centre.
We were tasked with breathing new life into this stunning historic building in the heart of Preston City Centre and transforming it for One Co Work’s new business co working space.
Working across four floors, we completed a CAT B fit out of the building, creating a stylish new look for the coworking space. The project including designing and fitting flexible workspaces across each floor, meeting rooms, communal, event and conference spaces, break out pods, a gym and kitchens. The building located in Winckley Square now offers a focused and engaging collaborative working space for professionals in Preston to come together to work and network.
