What does design and build mean?
Design and build is where we take the project from the planning phase, right through to implementation. We'll get together with you and put together a brief for what you're looking for in a workspace.
From this, we create a bespoke plan for your new premises, tailored to your exact needs. We will personally manage the entire project from concept through to delivery for you so there is no need for you to deal with numerous companies for a range of different services. In doing this we can deliver significant savings and get the job done much quicker.
What is space planning?
Space planning is simply a way of getting the most out of your new work space. Once you've decided on a new premises, we'll conduct surveys to ensure you're getting the most out of your space and how best to ergonomically accommodate your set-up.
We can also take into account plans for future growth to ensure your business can comfortably grow into its new workspace.
Can you refit our current office?
Absolutely. We can cater for jobs of all shapes and sizes. Whether you want a full refit or are just looking to spruce up parts of your workplace – we're happy to help.
How much will it cost?
Since no two projects are the same, we approach each on a case-by-case basis. We're committed to getting the most out of the budget you have available and can provide numerous options to ensure you're getting the best value.

How long does a fit out take?
There's no one-size-fits-all answer for this, but once we get a handle on the size and scale of your project, we'll be able to quickly assess likely timescales. If you've any specific deadlines, we can look at ways to accelerate timescales.

What does CDM mean?
CDM stands for Construction Design Management and refers to regulations surrounding most forms of building and engineering works.
To briefly summarise, the Health and Safety Executive will need to be notified in advance of major construction works and a CDM coordinator will need to be appointed. We can handle this and take on all responsibility for meeting obligations in regard to CDM regulations.
Our lease is up soon, should we move or refurbish our current premises?
How you should move forward is dependent on a number of factors, including your company's plans in the short and long term.

Can you supply office furniture directly?

Can you install our new office furniture?
Yes. You've probably got enough on your plate with the logistics of moving your company from one premises to another without having to worry about installation. Our professional team will get your kit in place, make sure the installation is compliant with health and safety regulations, as well as offering suggestions on ergonomics and getting the most out of your space.
Can you dispose of furniture we don't need?
Of course. We're happy to remove any items you don't need and take them to be recycled.
Can you provide help with IT and telecoms?
While we don't offer in-house IT and telecoms services, we work with a number of trusted partners and are more than happy to manage all the logistics of getting you set up at your new premises.
Can you help with financing my office move?
